
UA Manager
Yokee Music, the creator of the world’s greatest music apps, is looking for a UA manager to join the marketing team and take a major part in our growth efforts.
In this role you will:
- Manage UA activity (hands-on) across several platforms
- Analyzing data on a daily basis to perform ongoing optimizations, identify any shifts in trends and achieve KPI goals
- Stay ahead of the curve by running ongoing in-depth market research and analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, ASO and analytics teams to drive the best results for your activities
- Think “out of the box”, and bring new innovative ideas to the team’s portfolio
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks
- Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms
- Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies
- Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth
- Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs
- Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate
- Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments
- Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to the team
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to create assets for campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale (mainly iOS)
- Experience with mobile UA on: Facebook/Instagram, Apple search ads, Google ads, YouTube, AdMob, Tiktok
- Creative and effective problem solving and decision making
- Experience in creating and optimizing conversion flows and landing pages
- Excellent analytical and excel skills, experience analyzing large data sets, delivering actionable insights and a passion for solving complex problems with data
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution
- ASO experience – an advantage
